I wish they offered the 120GB HDD i dont need 160, but 100 is too little, 120 is just right + would save me nearly �60
I already have 2 160GB FW400 Drives so I'm more interested in speed than internal capacity.
However you might down the road decide you want the 160GB (needs change) and wished the opposite!

There should be a setting something like:
- Never ask for password for purchases of $X and under.
- Always ask for password for purchases of $Y and over.
The first one would be nice so it I could set it to free and easily update my apps.
The second would help prevent cases like the OP.

I think that black bezel stripe is IDENTICAL to the taskbar in VISTA. It looks good, but its too similar. eek!

No real surprise here. Apple has been charging for MobileMe. Why not this service.

Given the mediocre performance of MobileMe, I think if they work the bugs out of the Cloud Based Storage Service it's easily going to command around $200 per year.

Lol, it's really, really ugly. Looks horrible to me and has nothing to do with the minimal Apple look I love. Reminds me of those GTK apps running on old Linux distros.

yes its true for running things like parallels, Boot Camp however is just fine with all editions of Vista, afaik

What Microsoft is trying to prevent is running a data center off one copy of Home Edition. You would do it by buying an 8-core computer then installing one copy of Home edition and then VMware and then running a dozon virtual machiones each with another copy of Home Edition installed. What Microsoft is saying now ios that in order to do this you need to buy the "Big Bucks Edition" of Vista.

So I'll say that, if this is accurate, I stand corrected. After a few years of reading Microsoft (and other) EULAs, even I thought Microsoft wouldn't be that retarded. ;-)
Given the language, and given the additional-license situation with Business and Ultimate, I still have to say I'm surprised.
The more "interesting" restriction I saw (and mentioned in the other thread) was the "don't use DRM in a VM" restriction even with business or ultimate. :eek: :rolleyes:

Trackpads and touch screens are quite different input devices. Touch screen input requires that you actually "touch" what you want to manipulate. With a trackpad, you don't have quite the precision to precisely put your finger on an object on screen, since the object is not displayed on the track pad.
It just doesn't translate that well. Trackpads still very much require cursors, which iOS's UI lacks.

It's much more than "biochemical pathways" and the habitual firing of familiar neurons. The aspects of psychological dependence that affect spirit, identity, and will can be debilitating and are often the most difficult things to change.
Here's where I respectfully disagree...my background is a little different from your own, however I fully understand where you're coming from as a counselor. It is sometimes easy to separate out chemical vs psychological, especially for argument and treatments sake, but it is important to remember that it all reduces down to chemical interactions; emotions, "spirit," thought, identity... everything. Though much of these interactions are not well understood yet, in time they will, and the treatments for those will become much more advanced, and changing them will become far easier, for better or for worse. So in short, yes, I still do believe that it is all biochemical pathways and the habitual firing of neurons-- the complexity of thought and what the initial origins are often are forgotten, especially in light of a lack of complete understanding.
