An iPad is a terrific LUXURY device. I'm all for buying one, but I you have an old, useless phone you should deffinatly get a iPhone. You will love the use you can pack out of it.

But if your not allowed to upgrade yet, get an iPad 2. Maybe you can get the cheaper price for summer relase.

Thanks for the review. I was considering getting a Shuffle, but now that you mention it, maybe I'll get both the Mini and Shuffle :D I need a flash drive, too, so that probably makes sense.

Given that apple added TRIM support in SL (and there's an easy hack to enable it for non-apple SSDs), I'd say its a slam dunk to think it will be in Lion

I heard this on the news last night. I hope he stays retired...it's so rare to go out on top...and so hard to stay out of the game for people with an intense champion's competitive nature. But the comebacks rarely work out well...

Hi there, I'm new to macrumors but I've been on some other mac forums for a while now. I just updated my website and wanted to know what you all thought (suggestions and comments are more than welcomed).

I agree.
I was going to send it to him today then it hit my gut and I thought logically.
So I went back and said change of plans, I want to do the exchange with my friend.
What's funny is since I told him that I'd like to do the exchange with my friend in person again, he hasn't responded. If he doesn't respond from this point on, I think I made the best decision of the century, because it was obviously a scam.

To be honest, I'd probably get more excited over any optics that Nokia will bring to WP7.
A friend of mine is unfortunate enough to own an N8 but boy is the camera good on it. :)

for 1 thing we all know is that the SB will most likely have a weaker GPU for games, and if gaming on the Air isn't your idea, well, a refresh might be better, but as for now, just keep your Air, i am sure, a lot of people would still buy the current Air even when the refresh is out

If I can't get the upgrade I'm just going to buy an external HD and make it a network drive.That would work quite well. If you don't mind a non-portable drive (and it sounds like you don't), you'll get a lot more for your money (vs a portable drive).

Serial Number like this: MV9200G9J81WA
MV stands for Delta, 9 means 20 means 20weeks. This one is made by Delta in May, 2009.
ZZ stands for Liteon, Samsung with R start.

These may change in future, and I don�t know the meaning of 0G9J81WA, if somebody knows pls tell me.

Conside manufacturer�s name is showed on case, you could check whether serial no. is the same with manufacturer. And choose the date in 2010 would be better than 2008.

Someone make high-copy serial no. please don�t choose adapters only accord to it.

This does look like iOS4 is turning into Apple's Vista. .

The biggest difference... Apple will fix the problems. MS just let it go.

BTW... I've noticed lots of little things too... the most annoying being the proximity sensor issues. But I have confidence they will get fixed. I'm just hoping soon. :) But heck... it's only been just over a month since it shipped. :D
